Smoking or Non-Smoking

Most of us remember back in the 90's when you would go into a resturant and the hostess would ask how many and then, "Smoking or non-smoking?"

Then you would be seated accordingly.  If you chose non-smoking it was fortunate if you were placed at the furthest table away from the smoking section.  The tables next to the smoking section had to experience the second-hand smoke.  The smoke didn't seem to know its boundaries. 

This is actually a license plate frame, however, I have seen it as bumper sticker in the past -

 "Smoking or Non-Smoking ~ Where Will You Spend Eternity?"

Wow!  That should be a wake up call for anybody!  This choice in smoking or non-smoking are real and is everlasting.  The smoking, of course, is referring to Hell.  In the Book of Revelation 20:14-15, it says "Then death and Hades were thrown into the lake of fire.  The lake of fire is the second death.  If anyone's name was not found written in the book of life, he was thrown into the lake of fire." 

Non-smoking is referring to heaven and a life everlasting and eternal life with Jesus Christ, the Father  and the Holy Spirit.  Those of us who have their name written in the Lamb's Book of Life, it is our reservation.  The cost is free.  It has already been paid for by Our Father and His Son. We will even have a new name (Revelation 2:17) and there will be no more sorrow, no more pain.  Who wouldn't want to miss that?
